What is an infographic?
Infographics turn raw information into a story for your audience. You still get to use all the data you painstakingly gathered, but present it in a format that's interesting—even fun—to look at. Using different design elements like colors, typefaces, shapes, and images, you can arrange your information into something that's well designed and flows smoothly.
Quality infographics include:
The Visual: This refers to the colors, graphics and icons used in designing infographics
The Content: This includes text, statistics, time frames and references.
The Knowledge: This refers to the facts and conclusions to convey the overall message of the story.
